I remember Kristin with the darling blonde pigtails, always near her father Richard, or hugging her mom Carolyn. She had the most beautiful smile. Full of so much joy as a little girl. To Kristin's family: may friends comfort you. Faith up hold you. Loving memories heal your heart.

Friends can hold your hand and cheer you along, but shepherding a God-given dream to fulfillment always involves watering it with your own tears. Neither fellowship nor friendship can lower the price of personal sacrifice required. That's the not-so-good news. However, the better-than-great news is-there will be a harvest!"Those who sow in tears will reap with...joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with...joy,carrying sheaves with him." but you must recognize what season you're in.Everything in life has a season and a reason. You need to know when it's time to stop weeping and start reaping, otherwise you'll miss your harvest. tears are for the sower, joy is for the reaper. So when your season changes, harvest your fields with joy! you've paid your dues; now it's time to enjoy what God has promised you.

My dear friends Richard, Carolyn, Allen, Logan and Wells family. My heart and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Kristen was a wonderful person and no matter where she was or what she was doing she always had a beautiful smile on her face. I know that right this very minute she is looking down from heaven with that same beautiful smile while she is watching over her family and friends. From that sweet little girl that I first met at church to that wonderful, beautiful young lady that I recently spoke with.........I will always have precious memories to keep in my heart. Carolyn and Richard, as you watch her beautiful son grow, you will always see Kristen shining through him to keep her memory alive. I love you Kristen. You will be missed dearly by us all.

I cannot thank all of you enough who have left comments here, visited with us, sent cards and just prayed for us. Kristen was an amazing young woman and we will miss her more than I can possibly tell you. She loved life and loved the people around her. We can only take comfort now in knowing that she is with our Lord and that he has wrapped her in his arms holding her tightly until we can be with her again. Continue to pray for Logan - our precious boy. His mother loved him with all of her heart.

Kristen, Flew up to Heaven on the wings of angels, by the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees, and she walks with Jesus and her loved ones waiting and I know she's smiling saying, Don't Worry bout me.

My love and prayers go out to you, Carolyn, Richard and Family. If I can do anything to help I am a phone call away. If our loved ones that have gone on before us can give tours of Heaven. I am sure she is having the best tour of her life with my Dad now.

Dearest Richard, Carolyn, Allen, and Logan. I am currently in Canada visiting Roni and her family and am unable to be there to honor Kristen on this terrible day. My heart has been with you since I received the news of this tragedy. My mind immediately went back to the days that Kristen came to my house to swim- usually riding on her father's shoulders. The memory of her beautiful smiling face and blonde pig tails still brings a smile to my heart. I can only imagine the pain and profound sadness that you must be experiencing. I too feel this helplessness because I know that nothing that I can say or do will bring you peace. I pray that as the days go by you will find comfort. As you watch Logan grow, I know you will see the beauty and graciousness of Kristen in him. With great love, to my friends.... Mary Howard

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
