My concolences on the loss of your mother. I had the peasure of working with Frannie at Grissom and Willowcreek schools. I remember the car loads of delicious food that she would prepare for our Christmas parties. She loved to share her recipes and she showed me how to stretch strudel dough to be very thin, although I have never attempted this on my own.
