FRANCIS H. MUSSELMAN

MUSSELMAN--Francis Haas. The partners of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP mourn the passing of their friend and partner, Francis H. Musselman. Frank joined Milbank as an associate in 1953, became a partner in 1960 and founded Milbank's Washington D.C. office in 1980. From 1970-1984, he served as Managing Partner of Milbank and later retired in 1990. Frank was widely recognized as a leading specialist in bankruptcy law and law firm management and was a pioneer in the use of computers in law firms. Tall in stature and with a kindness of spirit, generosity and sense of humor to match, Frank was a mentor, advisor and friend to many at Milbank over his 47-year career at the Firm, and he will be sorely missed. We wish to express our deepest sympathy to Frank's four children, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
