RALPH JEWELEWICZ Obituary
The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at NewYork- Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center mourns the passing of our dear friend, Dr. Ralph Jewelewicz. An accomplished physician-scientist specializing in reproductive endocrinology, he joined the department in 1969 and remained engaged in the department's activities well past his retirement from clinical practice. Dr. Jewelewicz was beloved by his colleagues and his patients, helping them bring new life into the world. We extend our deepest condolences to his three surviving children, Rachel, Daniel, and Dory, as well as his ten grandchildren and three great-grand- children; we are forever grateful to them for sharing him with us. He will be sadly missed, particularly at grand rounds with his endless curiosity and infectious smile. Mary D'Alton, M.D., Chair.
