I supervised the rebuild of his condo unit in the Majestic
Towers of Bal Harbor, Fl. in 2003... What a wonderful man. Always cheerful and pleasant, a pleasure to work for... So sad to hear of his passing. May God bless his soul.

I'm saddened to hear the news of Mr. Schwalbe's passing. He was always a gentleman to me and took time out to give me advice in real estate especially when I first started in the business. In conversation I always mention I owe my success to Peter Schwalbe. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. I will miss him, his knowledge and his advice. The world is at a loss. Bless you Sir.

Jody and family: Words cannot express my sorrow and grief at Peters passing. He was the kindest, gentlest and most giving person I ever had the pleasure of meeting and caring for. I will miss him terribly and remember him as the great human being that he was . You fought hard Peter and I will always remember your kindness to me and my family for the rest of my life. Godspeed to the man who always told me, that we were attached at the hip. The world is a much sadder place today.

I remember Peter well from my Kew Gardens days in the '50s and '60s. Shocked and saddened to hear of his passing.
