Those left to cherish her love and memories are her sons: Alvin Ruddock and wife Sandra of Midland and Terry Ruddock and wife Laura of Odessa; daughter: Sheila Grimes of Spring; brother: George Reynolds; sisters: Marie Loggains and Louise Saxton; son-in-law, Sonny Munoz; grandchildren: Leah Dion Sides and husband Bradley, Shannon Patton, Sonny Ray Munoz, Jeremy Lynn Ruddock and wife Bethany, Larissa Bannowsky and husband Alex and Jake Ruddock and wife Miranda; great grandchildren: Blaine Sides, Reagan Waddle, Drew Darr, AshLynn, Ramsey Kaye, Monroe Charlotte, and Harper Sue Ruddock, Lovell, Lauren, and Wyatt Bannowsky and Marlee Fisher; and great-great grandson, Levi Waddle.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Ruddock, her parents: James and Cleo Reynolds; daughter: Sherry Lea Munoz and grandchildren: Matt Ruddock and Joe Grimes and son-in-law, Paul Grimes.
Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 pm, Friday, September 30, 2016 at Acres West Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Sunset Heights Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Jess Little. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel and condolences to the family may be sent online at acreswestfuneral.com.

Our prayers and thoughts to the family at this difficult time. My husband ;Dennis; knew Terry from his work. I knew Shirley from working with her. She was a very, loving, caring person and those she took care of loved her dearly. I loved her smile, her hair, her whole being,going to miss our talks about how much she loved family and how well they took care of her, we tried getting phd together lol. I could go on for hours with stories, about her care and love for all she , putting them first. I know that all who knew her ; will miss her and have her in their hearts and memory. Rest in peace Shirley till we meet again.
