VIVIAN MULKEY Obituary
Ocala - Vivian Smallwood Mulkey, 93, of Ocala, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015. She was born in Gulf Hammock, FL and graduated from high school in Bronson, FL. She was a school bus driver in Marion County for over 30 years.
Vivian was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, C. E. Mulkey, her father and mother Lucius and Bethel Smallwood, three brothers, one sister and five half-brothers, four half-sisters.
Surviving are her two sons, Ray and Mark Mulkey; two brothers; one sister; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL 33470. One of my dearest, dearest friends!! She was my bus driver first, then my spiritual mentor. I spent hours with her. When I left Ocala in 1972 we stayed close for a long time, but drifted as the years went on. I still have her letters to me. Sorry, I just found this almost a year beyond her passing. I loved her so much.

Mrs. Mulkey was my school bus driver many many years ago. She was a wonderful woman & I have many fond memories of her. I was her "bus patrol" for several years. My condolences to the family. Heaven has a new angel.

I am so sorry that your mother is no longer here with you. The good thing is that we know she is with the Lord in Heaven. I have some wonderful memories of her and will treasure them always.

Ms Mulkey, a sweet woman with a friendly smile, but never wanted to be caught in trouble in her bus. Raised two very good sons.
