I met Jeff in the early 90's when we worked at a Mercedes dealer in St. Petersburg. He was a great laid back mellow guy. This hits hard. I am so sorry.

I met Jeff when he stayed with my neighbors this summer.I was very fortunate to become friends with Jeff. We enjoyed each other very much. Jeff was such a kind gentleman. You would never know how bad he was feeling. He was always concerned about everyone else. He was so positive and tried so hard to keep living. I miss him very much.

Heidi Hise & family, My thoughts & prayers are with you & yours! I just found out that Jeff passed away & am so saddened. I had spoke with him before summer & we have been trying to get together for lunch or something. I was not aware things were this bad. When I would speak to him he always told me things were good. But, that is just how Jeff was. I just thought of him a few days ago & wanted to call him this week. My daughter who called him Grampa Heff & I would always call to wish him a Happy Birthday. I just found out this morning he passed away & was so very sad that my daughter & I never got to meet with him & see him again. I am glad we did keep in touch when ever possible. Although, we had not seen him in a long time, we will still miss him! When I would speak to him he always made me laugh. He always had kind words & always asked how me & Audri, my parents & the rest of my family was doing. How Jeff was described in his obituary is just how I remember him!
