Daniel Webster Obituary

Webster, Daniel, 92 years old, passed away on Oct.17th, 2010 peacefully in his home in Santa Ana, CA. Mr. Webster was born on Dec. 5th, 1917 to Rosemond and Pearl Webster in Springfield, MA. He served in the U.S. Army in WW2 from 1944 to 1945 and fought in the Battles for Leyte Gulf. After the war, Daniel graduated from Western New England College in 1962 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. After marrying Marilyn Bachelder, they moved to CA for Daniel to pursue a career with United Technology Corporation. Mr. Webster later held senior positions at the Orange County Court System of Southern California and retired in 1984. After becoming a widow in 1992, Daniel married Jeanne Ringuette in 1997. Daniel enjoyed music, reading, and dining with family and friends. He will be remembered by all as being very optimistic, intelligent, generous, and kind. Daniel is survived by his wife, Jeannie; her son, Luc and wife, Bonnie and their four children Phillip, Bradley, Kevin, and Jenna, and his sister Eleanor, nephews William and George, and niece Nancy. The family asked that any donations be made to your favorite charity. A memorial service will be held on Oct. 31, 2010 at Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana, CA at 12:30 p.m.
