Best wishes to the McNeills, and very sorry for your loss. Philip was a great friend in childhood. Mostly we saw each other at Bromley, but occasionally we'd do things together outside of that. One of my best memories, was drawing political cartoons with him. Tons of laughs, and he probably helped shape my interest in politics from that early age of what, 8 or 9 maybe? We always had tons of running jokes that we'd rerun Sunday after Sunday, or whenever we saw each other. Miss you, man.

To the McNeill gang
Phil was my partner for the better part of 12 years. We shared an office and we were tied together at the hip. I will be miss him a ton.

Phil was a gem in this world. He always made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. His laugh was infectious, his sense of humour about the absurdity of life made me always take myself less seriously. His gentle soul will always be in my heart. His generous spirit, his big hugs, his heart, what he taught me has always stayed with me and I am blessed to have met someone as wonderful and full of life as Phil.
