Fortunate to have been born to loving and intelligent parents William Lu ecken and Elizabeth White Luecken, widow since 1982 of her beloved husband of 49 years Roy Hunsdon Goddard, Brooklyn, NYC, elementary school teacher and father of two caring daughters, Elizabeth Anne Ludewig and Jane Kathryn Conner. Both children and their families were a great source of comfort and pride to their parents. Beatrice's insatiable curiosity made her life most interesting to her and the many friends she met were a great broadening influence. Her five grandchildren, Katherine and David Ludewig, Jenny Shain, Matthew and Susan Conner again brought great satisfaction to their Gram and Grandma. There are five great grandchildren to enhance the family's joy. Life has been good! It's a wonderful world!# # #
