I am so sadden by the passing of a very nice and classy lady. Barbara was a close friend of mine as well as a classmate at Rubidoux High School. When I saw the notice in the paper I reflected on all the good times we shared. Rest in Peace.

I was so shocked and saddened to see the notice in the paper about Barbie's passing. She was my big sister in Gamma Phi Beta at UC Riverside and she was a great Big Sis! I remember those days with great fondness and she played a big role in those wonderful memories! My deepest sympathy goes out to Barbie's family. You are in my thoughts and prayers!

I am so sad to hear of Barbie's passing from cancer. I can still picture when I first came to know her - we were in elementary school and her class had lined up outside the classroom door - Barbie was passing that brief moment in line singing! We continued in school together until graduating from Rubidoux High. She was such a fun and perky personality - even at late night homecoming float flower making parties! It feels like sunshine when I recall those days with her so long ago! I pray for your comfort and healing at this time of such painful loss.
