Joan,
Thanks for the trust and opportunity I had to get to know you and the laughs we had, the drives around Riverside and your favorite house on Victoria Street. Graduating from Polly, but proud of your Ramona graduates and her baseball players Josh, Tara & William. I even became a Hallmark Gold crown client, the bourdon candy from Sees candies... so many memories... REST IN PEACE! I love you Joan!

Joan, you will certainly be missed on our street. The stories that I've heard over the years will never be forgotten. Nor will the bathing suit and santa hat! :) We love you Joan and will miss you greatly.

You will be missed Joan, you had us both cry and laugh with you. You always told me you didn't need a computer because you kept it all in your head and you sure did - the things you could remember!! But the one thing you never did was 'write a book'. How many times I told you to put it all in your book. Now you can do that and send me a copy... No matter what - I did love you and I know your kids are going to miss you. Tell Phil we all miss him.....
