THEODORE J. KLUKACZYNSKI 46, Of Perris, CA, died October 26, 2010 in Loma Linda, CA. He was born January 24, 1964 in Peru, IL, son of Theodore B. Klukaczynski and Betty Klukaczynski. Theodore worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for VA Hospital Loma Linda. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Surviving are wife, Penny Klukaczynski of Perris, CA; sister, Mary Jo Boland; brother, Thomas Klukaczynski of IL; son, Joseph Klukaczynski of Oak Hills, CA; step-son, Rex Gallardo of Corona, CA; step-daughter, Laurie Gallardo of Victorville, CA; 4 grandchildren. Theodore was preceded in death by his father, Theodore B. Klukaczynski and mother, Betty Klukaczynski. A Celebration of Life will be held at the family\'s home on Saturday, October 30, 2010.
