Dear Ann; Evelyn and I, our prayers and loving thoughts are with you. Jeanne Shore called last night telling us that we had lost another cousin that we loved. I'll never forget at Ronald's machine shed during a Veren family reunion, you introduced your-self to me by saying, "I have a name you'll never forget, Ann Veren.

Dear Ann and family: Donna and I share your loss. We have enjoyed many happy meals together out and at each others homes. We shared good times and sad times also. We enjoyed times with the Krewe of Lafitte, and Maids of Luna and gatherings for anniversaries and birthdays, and purchases of goods and services that deserved happy celebrations. We took delight in listening to Don's tales of successes small and large that were achieved by persistence and dedication. Don remains a Marine. His battlefield has changed, but he is still with the Lord.
We will miss Don, and we will continue to gather in his memory. We will also share a sip of the nectar of the Gods, delivered by way of Scotland. Don enjoyed our celebrations, and we enjoyed his participation. Too soon he was recalled to the Lord.
God bless you.
Love John and Donna
