It is 12/18/2008 and my son and I just found out about the loss of Ralph. Our children grew up together and we were very close friends for many years. We are absolutely devestated by this discovery. I have few words to describe how very sad we are and how difficult it is to believe this happened so long ago. I know the sorrow the entire family has had to deal with. I am still in complete shock. We loved Ralph and Meg and Michael and Danny with all of our heart. We are sorry we could not have been with them at this awful time. In our prayers they will forever be. We are so very, very sorry. I was truly saddened to hear about Ralph. He was a great guy who I felt was very passionate about the market and and life in general. I will miss stopping to talk to him about the hot stock of the day, his quick wit and his sense of humor. I knew him as a very dedicated family man, a true professional and a very caring individual. My thoughts and prayers go out to his beautiful family and especially his brother Pat, who I had the pleasure of working along side of. Your brother will always be with you.l

DiDonato Family,
May God comfort you in your time of sorrow. Upon hearing of Ralph's death I immediately remembered all the good times and experiences we had growing up in SW Philly. Especially the trip to Washington with Ralph, Anthony, Pat Delaney and myself. It was probably our first trip away without our parents and boy did we have a ball! These are memories we will all never forget. I wish you all the best of luck, Ralph was blessed with a wonderful family.

To say I'm shocked would be an understatement of enormous proportion. I've known Ralph for 20 years, and always known him to be a gentleman and a professional.

Ralph's sudden death brings back memories of my own father's death when I was a teen, and reminds me how precious and fragile our time here is.

Your family is in my heart and prayers; know always that Ralph will not be forgotten by his many friends and aquaintances.

Pat and Family,
My heart is aching at this time. I really adored Ralph. He was the highlight of my day. I miss his constant calls looking for his Reg Sho List. I am still having trouble accepting he is gone, but I do have comfort knowing he is very alive and face to face with the lord. I pray the Lord blesses all of you with comfort and Peace.

To the DiDonato Family, I am sorry for your heavy loss. My heart goes out to you all. I was one of the lucky ones to know him personally as I worked for him and Pat a few years ago. I got to experience some of his true values as he and his brother Pat were inseparable at work. It was wonderful to witness. I only hope that those family values help you all get through this devastating and shocking loss. You are all in my prayers. Stay Strong.

Hi,

I worked with "Ralphie 'D'" at the PHLX in the late 80's and to mid 90's! He truly was a nice guy and I am totally shocked by the news I received last night!

I remember him repeatedly asking me questions about playing the piano, as he had started taking lessons and knew I played Classical Piano my entire life. I was more than happy to talk to him about it because it was apparent he really loved it!

A mutual friend of ours from PHLX told me last night that "Ralphie was the PHLX's Dino (Dean Martin)" ... and the more I think about it ... it was true! Ralphie had one of the best senses of humour I have ever known.

The guy just always had a smile on his face.

Please accept my deepest apology in your time of grief, and know that Ralphie was a 'good guy' everybody liked.

Fondly,

Paula, Tony, Stephen & Thomas Pace
