Beverly Parker Irving
Chesapeake - Beverly Parker Irving, 72, of the 300 block of Warrick Road, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2012 in her home, surrounded by family.
Born in Old Norfolk County, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lola Lupton Paker. Beverly will be remembered for her love of reading books and traveling with her husband Billy in their RV. She cherished her time with family, most especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband William Earl Irving; three children, William Michael Irving and wife Julie, John Earl Irving and wife Donna, and Deborah Ann Fry and husband Chris; grandchildren, William Aaron Irving and wife Jessica, Seth Michael Irving, Travis Miller, Paige Madison Irving, Madison Taylor Irving and Parker Alan Clyde Irving; a daughter-in-law, Tammy Von Moll; a niece, Judith Krist and a nephew, Melvin Liverman.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the Great Bridge Chapel of Oman Funeral Home & Crematory. Rev. Thomas L. Mercer, Sr. will officiate. The interment will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to offer sincere gratitude to nurse Tammy Bruan, Adrienne Spencer, Rev. Evelyn Lee and Barbara Pecsok for the care and compassion given to Beverly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribtuions may be made to Chesapeake Home Health and Hospice, C/O Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, 736 Battlefield Blvd., N., Chesapeake, VA 23320.
