David was an amazing therapist and friend to me from middle-school through college. He helped me work through depression and anxiety and gave me the confidence I lacked to follow my dreams. You are sorely missed, David.

David organized my series of lectures at UCLA in October. We discussed a TV series for which I would be advisor. He was to send me a copy of a talk I gave from his iphone in a day. The tape did not arrive. I now know why. I am shocked and devastated. David was so gracious and helpful to me in planning the Distinguished Psychiatrist visit. This is awful, Richard Green

Barbara, Chuck, Sybil, Jennifer and those of David's family I never met... David was one of my first friends. We played basketball in his backyard and shot pool in his basement. Fell out of touch during the college years, and it turns out we lived 30 minutes from each other. Pity. My sincerest consolences.
