WILLIAM JOSEPH
Age 44, of Baldwin, formerly of Mt. Washington, unexpectedly on Monday, November 14, 2016. Loving husband of Rebecca Laughlin; loving father of Madeline "Maddie," Bryce and William John "Liam" Laughlin; beloved son of Dianne and William Laughlin; beloved son-in-law of Dolly and John Ekiert; survived by two sisters, Amy (Ross) Zeigler and Lori (Christopher) Zulka; two brothers-in-law, Aaron Ekiert and David (Heather) Ekiert; also survived by three nieces; and ten nephews who loved their Uncle Bill. Bill was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, John Carroll University with a Master's Degree from the University of Kentucky. He was Vice President Finance Director for Jones Lang LaSalle. An avid sports fan, especially the Steelers and University of Kentucky (UK). Bill was always busy and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, going to camp and riding his quads. Visitations Thursday and Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the BRUSCO - FALVO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 214 Virginia Ave., Mt. Washington, PA 15211 (412 381-2323). Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Mount Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment Private. www.bruscofalvo.com

I worked with Bill at JLL. He was an essential team member and always had much to contribute with his smarts and his wit. We were in shock and deeply saddened when we heard the awful news of his tragic passing. It's hard to know what to say in these sad times, but to Becka and the rest of Bill's family, I know that I speak for many other JLL teammates who worked with him, we grieve with you.

The Funeral Mass was beautiful and truly reflected the great respect Bill enjoyed with his family and peers.

Please accept the deepest condolences on behalf of all the staff at Acri Commercial Realty, Inc.
As the brand new property manager for the community at which Bill and Rebecca lived, I wasn't around long enough to meet Bill. I am very sorry I didn't have that opportunity this side of eternity - he sounded like one heck of a guy.

We knew him as Billy! The best memories of him with my brother Boyd. Mar has great memories of him walking her to school. My mother and father loved him as one of their own. Ben could not have asked for a better godfather.

I am so sorry for the loss of Bill. I worked for him for a very short time 10 years ago but he made a big impression on me in that time. He loved his family and the outdoors and helped me right after I received my MBA. I will be praying for his family.
