Of Penn Hills, peacefully, on December 22, 2013. Father of Debra, Clarence, Jr., Eric, and Lanise; brother of Beulah Mae Lighty and Elmer Luster; nine grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. Service Friday 11 a.m. SPRIGGS & WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 720 N. Lang Ave. Interment in Homewood Cemetery.
