BONNIE SUE (JONES)
67, of Bethel Park, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, suddenly, on Tuesday, December 24, 2013. Wife of the late William R. "Bill" Romary; loving mother of Chandra Arlet and her husband, Patrick Leckie and Erik Raymond Arlet and his wife, Karen; stepmother of Kristen Anne Trombetta and her husband, Tony and Denise Lee Cordero; devoted "Grandma Ba" of Morgan and Sydney Leckie, Parker Erik Arlet, Kara, Kayla and Patrick Shields, and Danielle, Marisa and David Cordero; sister of Sally Grant and her husband, John; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at LAUGHLIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, FRIDAY 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass in St. Bernard Church, 311 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, Saturday morning at 10:00. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies on Monday will be private. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, 301 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

This came up in my feed and I'm so glad. It's nice to see Bonnie's face and smile. I met her 57 years ago when I was 10. She was the first person I met when we moved to Dormont. We were friends for many many years. May you always rest in peace Bonnie sue.

Erik and Kristy,
Our hearts go out to all of your family. Your mom was awesome and though our time spent together was short, it was the quality, not the quantity that matters. And our time knowing her was loving her and her loving us. For that we are Blessed to have been able to experience all of her goodness. She will be missed.

Dear Chandra and Erik, I just heard the news from Karrie, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm so sorry that Bonnie and I did not communicate in the past few years. BUT, a couple of weeks ago I had a picture of her that fell out of a book up on my desk. It was of her, my sister Sandy, and me around our dinner table about 20 years ago. What fun we had. Whenever I think of my childhood friends, Bonnie was the only one who comes up. She was a very good childhood friend because she knew how to PLAY. I know your children know what I mean. Love to you at this time. She had great Faith, she's free and with her angels. And love to her...blessings on your path dear Bonnie.
