Of Highland Park, on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2004, age 82; beloved husband of the late Mary Catherine (Klingensmith) Schaub; father of Dr. William Hartz (Cynthia), Jerome C. Jr., Ross J., and Mark J. Schaub (Lynn), Mary C. Pawlik (Michael) and Loretta M. Laird (William); loving grandfather of Alexandra, Perrie, Sarah, Laura, Rachel, Matthew, Michael, Daniel, Christopher, Emily and Mary; brother of Marjorie S. McMahon, Dr. David H. Schaub and the late William R. Schaub. Friends received at MCCABE BROS., INC., FUNERAL HOME, 6214 Walnut St., Shadyside, on Monday and Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where Funeral will commence on Wednesday at 9:30 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church at 10:30 am.

I was a good friend of your mother's in the Pittsburgh schools and got to know your father well through her and the grapefruit business. There never was a more devoted couple. May the love and devotion of your large family and circle of friends sustain you now.
