Joan and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. I enjoyed many conversations with Joe at work as he spoke lovingly of you and the kids. I was so happy for all of you knowing how far and deep your love as teenagers had grown. It was wonderful reconnecting with him and catching up. His family was his favorite conversation!! He was a great guy. Dutchess County will certainly miss his expertise and easy smile and personality. My heart is heavy and I pray that God will give you peace that passes all understanding.
With love and deepest sympathy.

Although no words will ease your grief at this time of great loss, please know "Joeski" was loved & admired by Dutchess County employees/friends. I was unaware of the Sarubbi connection- my childhood neighbors and school mates... May a measure of peace settle your hearts with the knowledge that he brought joy & humor to those who had the pleasure to work w/him. Bless you all.
