I am sad that I did not see the newspaper account of Sally's passing until today on the internet....she was an inspiration to me and someone who made a big impression on the world around her. She cared deeply about her work, whether it be private or public employment. I feel very fortunate to have been able to see her just before her final journey back to her family in Colorado. I will never forget her, or the stories about her family. I know that Sally dearly loved all of them.

Sally was one of the loveliest ladies I have ever known. We worked together for many years and I respected her. She was the office accountant and if we needed anything we went to her. She was a very busy person but always took time out to say hello and if you had a problem, she would listen, she'd also give you her opinion (if you really knew Sally, you would know what I'm talking about here). She had this terrific energy and a memorable laugh. What a sweet little bit of a woman she was and I'm honored to have known her. She spoke of her family in Colorado often and was so proud of them. She actually beamed when she would speak about them. Sally was loved by many and she will be missed.

Rest in Peace, Sally. We worked in the same office for many years. You were small, but mighty...
