JANIE CAPLE Obituary
She was born January 26, 1939, in Stony Creek, VA, to the late Charlie H. Caple Sr. and Gracie M. Caple. At an early age she confessed Christ and joined Galilee Baptist Church and was a member until she relocated to Long Island, New York for 25 years.
She received her primary education in Sussex County, Virginia. She attended John Tyler Community College, where she received her Associates in Applied Science Degree and she received her Bachelors of Arts Degree for Nursing from Virginia State University.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters and brothers: Dorothy C. Dillard, Hester Wyche, Frances Carmichael, Charlotte Caple, Lois Caple, Ruth Ann Parham, Ralph Caple, and grandson Teddy R. Caple Jr.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her children, a devoted daughter, Angela Caple Williams (Bryon) of Richmond, VA, Jane Natalie Caple of Petersburg; sons, Teddy R. Caple (Deborah) and Willie T. Lilley (Shirley), all of Petersburg, VA; six grandchildren, Eric A. Williams, Brandon D. Williams, Theresa Morris, Tamisha Caple, Tabitha Caple and Amelia Caple; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mildred Peters of Houston, TX, Marie Bonner and Mary Brown (Joe) of Washington, DC; four brothers, Deacon Charlie Caple Jr. (Maggie), Reverend Dr. Joe H. Caple (Gracie), John and Dennis Caple, all of Stony Creek, VA; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Special Thanks to niece, Tammy Wyche; brother, Rev. Joe H. Caple and The Staff of Envoy of Westover Hills Nursing Home.
Funeral Services for Ms. Caple will be Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Galilee Baptist Church, Stony Creek, VA, Rev. Dr. Linwood James, pastor. Interment will follow at the Caple & Robb Cemetery, Stony Creek, VA.

My prayers go out to the Caple, Lilley, and Williams families. Ms. Caple was a kind and funny person. She also played a mean hand in spades. She will be truly missed!!! My God provide comfort to all of you during this difficult time and always. God needed more Angels so he called her home.
