Nancy Tremmel Obituary

TREMMEL, NANCY R., (PETORELLA) 61, of Miller Avenue, Rumford died Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Hattie Ide Chaffee Home, East Providence. She was the beloved wife of George W. Tremmel, Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Tremmel were married in September 1974. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Edmund and Ruth (Jeffrey) Petorella, she had lived in Rumford for the past 30 years. Mrs. Tremmel was a histologist at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro, MA for over 40 years. She was a graduate of Shea High School, Pawtucket. Besides her husband, she is survived by her twin children, Tara and Brett Tremmel, both of Rumford; and three nephews, Greg, Erik and Marc Brogan. She was the sister of the late David Brogan and Peter R. Brogan Brown. Her funeral will be held MONDAY, MARCH 14 at 11 A.M. at Historic Swan Point Chapel, 585 Blackstone Boulevard, Providence. Burial will follow. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln SUNDAY 2-5 P.M.
