Saundra and I became friends back in high school as members of a sychronized swim team. Her aunt Ruth was kind enough to offer me a job at the public library in Rochester, a job that I loved. I'm still in the library world and work at the Library at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I wouldn't be where I am today without Saundra's wonderful friendship. It's amazing how lives influence others and Saundra's life surely touched mine. Cheers to you girl, and thank you. Nancy Ambrose Reynolds [email protected]

Saundra was my study buddy in law school...4 crazy years of studying, going to the gym, the lively McGeorge Pub, and driving about and introducing her to Sacramento and SF. We laughed as much as we studied. She earned the nickname "Godot" (Waiting for Godot, by Samuel Beckett). It fit her so well, then it was "Go-Dot", then "Dot" . Saundra was a muse on people, school, history, politics, families, and, of course, the law. I cannot imagine those years without her gentle giggle, humor and friendship. Saundra, where ever you are, know that I love you.
