Kenneth Anderson Obituary

Kenneth L. Anderson
1955 ~ 2013
Son of June and Fonta Tatton Anderson. Born Nov. 2, 1955 in Price Carbon County, UT. Passed away the morning of Nov. 7th 2013 at home in Wales, Sandpeta County, UT. After a long battle of many physical ailments.
Graduated from Cyprus High and SLC Community College, then taught welding there and all over. He served his country proudly in the United States Army.
A very compassionate giving person, loved fishing, camping, and cooking over a campfire, roasting chicken and other meat on a rotisserie, he made of willows.
Married Barbara Sadler, had a daughter Natalie, and a precious grand-daughter Savanna. They were later divorced and he married Judy Shiozaki, who had two small children whom he helped raise.
They did many things together including run Okubo's Green House and others. They also traveled teaching arts, crafts, and selling. On Thanksgiving their family provided, cooked, and served breakfast to the homeless under the viaduct in SLC. They later divorced.
Survived by parents, daughter Natalie, and grand-daughter Savanna, siblings Lynn (Joan) Anderson and Scott (Debbie) Anderson, sister Carla Dawn (Joe) Martinez, brothers Phillip Ray (Kate) Anderson, Lee (Shelly) Anderson, step-children Jeff and Lynisa Larson, and dear friend Bill Carr.
Preceded in death by his grand-parents Les and Ruth Anderson, and Luther and Mary A. Tatton.
We want to thank all the many doctors, nurses, care persons, friends, the patient's kindness and the great care they gave Ken, especially Judy for the support, kindness, hard work and great care she provided. She's done so much. A private memorial will be held.

Just wanted to let you know how much our family liked Ken. My parents would always say how helpful he was and "He is the type of man, that would give you the shirt off of his back."
Ralph & I have known Ken very well, and he will be missed.

I have fond memories of Ken. We used to go to Mills and shoot guns, hang out and just do guy things. Ken and I always had a lot to talk about when we got together because we had so much in common, our love of hunting being the biggest. I haven't seen much of Ken in recent years but always remember the good times we spent in the past.
RIP Ken. Sorry to Judy and Kens family.

My deepest sympathy to Judy and the family of Ken. I have a lot of memories of good times spent with Judy and Ken. We used to travel around to various art shows, Reno, Las Vegas and Boulder city. Ken did a great job installing our sprinkler system when we bought our new house back in 1984. He was a guy who was friendly and kind to his friends, and he will be missed.
