I meant Kent when I was like 20, still in school at Utah State. I got into the seed business early, and that's how we met. I found Kent to be inspiring, encouraging, interesting, energetic, and, funny. I then knew him for our entire lives. Kent was somewhat bigger than life and always wanting to be happy and share that with others. In business, we bought and traded together for a long time, and he never took my knowledge for granted, and he was always good for his side of the deal. I really miss him. Scott Spackeen

Kent was a great friend! He was honest in all our business dealings. He was a man of his word. Seldom were things written up. He helped many farmers be successful by bringing diversity to Box Elder and Cache County. His passing will be a great loss, and he will be greatly missed. I am grateful to have know Kent Perry! Our prayers are with the family. Wish we could be with you!
Our deepest condolences and love,
President Michael D. Weston
