Gregoria Santos Buitron, loving mother, grandmother and sister was born on September 4, 1928 in Laredo, Texas, entered into rest on March 19, 2015 at the age of 86 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos J. Buitron; and her parents, Apolonio and Juanita Santos. She is survived by her sister, Maria Socorro Santos, children; Carlos Buitron (Scottie Kempton), Ricardo Buitron, Gloria (Wade) Carrington, Janie Buitron Waters (Phil Matson), Jerry (JoAnn W.) Buitron, Margaret (Glenn) Middleton, and John K. Buitron (Letty); 19 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough. ROSARY, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25, 2015, 7:00 P.M., PORTER LORING CHAPEL. MASS OF THE RESURRECTION, THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2015, 9:00 A.M., ST. ANN'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 210 ANN ST. Interment in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. My deepest condolences to the family of Ms. Buitron. Having known her family since our days at St. Ann's I will have fond memories of visiting her house hanging out with Rick.
