Julie, I remember when we worked at Roper and you and I became like sisters. When will was born you came and stayed with me so youe would be closer to neonatal icu. Vicki loved you so much and loved for you to come visit.
I am so proud Will grew up to be such a fine man. I know how hard this has to be for you. Please know you are in my prayers and I know God will hold you and your family close. When we lost my sister it helped to know she is in a obetter place as Will is. So many people loved him. I am always here if you need me.

Will's wonderful smile and personality was awesome - his ability to "put one at ease", immeasurable. He was kind and gentle-hearted.
I met Will when he started at St Joseph's/Candler in Patient Registration. He was loved by all - coworkers (he was a great team member!)and patients. As he continued his studies he transferred to SJ/C nursing services. Whenever I passed him in the hallway - he always smiled & spoke.
He was "one of a kind" and I am sure those who were "lucky" enough to have him as "their nurse" had wonderful care!
Thank you for sharing your son, brother, grandson, nephew with us - he made a difference in our lives!

To whom it may concern,
My name is Wes and i worked at St. Joseph with Will. I havent been working there very long but i knew Will pretty well. He was always a very respectful and knowledgable co-worker. Patents always takled about how very good he was with them. I always joked around with him and he made me laugh whenever i was in CCU. I never heard him complain. It was the exact opposite. He was always kind hearted and always spoke well of his patients and co-workers. I will miss him dearly and wish i could say something that could ease the pain but i cant say anything that hasnt been said already. I Just know a son is a reflection of his upbringing and i can only imagine the kindness of his family. Which make this an even harder loss. God bless you and your family. Please let me know if there is anything that i can do for you and your family. It will be my honor to do anything yall want.. my prayers are with you.

Mere words can not express the pain in our hearts for you all! "We lift our eyes unto the hills, where does our help come from? Our help comes from the Lord, maker of Heaven and Earth." Be encouraged by all of the words expressed from those who know and love Will here on this earth. He obviously made his mark and a GRAND one at that!

Julie, Eddie & Wes;
May our Saviour wrap his arms around you and keep you in his care. I remember the first time I saw Will, you had just brought him home from the hospital & you, Eddie and Wes pulled in our driveway to show off Little Will,& he was such a beautiful little boy. Julie you & I worked together many years at Roper, I remember when both your boys were born. I can also remember when Wes & Will were a little older & giving you some back talk & how you would tell them "I'm gonna knock you out" then start laughing. Lynn & Rhonda always thought you were so much fun & wondered how Wes & Will could ever take you serious. We lost touch over the years & I had not seen Will in a very long time, but he grew up to be such a wonderful, handsome young man how proud you and Eddie should be as his parents. Hold on to the memories! You all are in our thoughts & prayers. Please call if ever you need anything!

I was shocked to hear of Will's death and my heart goes out to his family. It's been twenty years since I've seen Will and Wes, but I never forgot them. No one should suffer the tragedy of losing a child. I pray that God will see the family through this.

I remember first meeting "little Will" when his mother, Julie, brought him into our office at Armstrong, and I will always remember the wonderful young man that he grew up to be...always stopping by just to say "Hi Ms. Jacqueline". He had a genuinely kind and caring soul. A young, golden heart has gone to Glory. My heartfelt condolences to Julie, Wade, Wes and the entire Bashlor/Woodring family.

It was always a special treat when Will walked through our door. He always had a smile and made it a point to speak to everyone in the office. He had a special gift of making everyone feel important.
