Mrs Hundley was my music teacher at McClure Middle School on Queen Anne. She was a fantastic teacher who was well respected by her students. You could feel how much she cared for each of us as she encouraged our love of music. She was the only teacher I ever missed.

Forever and always one of my favorite teachers. Demanded excellence and achieved miracles. We always did our best for her because we knew she believed in us. Looking forward to seeing her again in Heaven.

When I think of strong, smart, funny women, Mrs. Hundley is at the top of the list! She was my junior high school choir teacher, and she remains one of my favorite teachers and people to this day!

My condolences to the family. I was one of the students in Felisa's first year teaching-- 7:40am choir(in my case--trying to teach). I will always remember her wit and sense of humor. She would pull her glasses down her nose to give "the look" to someone who did something wrong. She was a favorite teacher. Later her son, Mike, and I were on the Univ of Washington Rowing team. Mike and I became friends, a good guy. They had a similar sense of humor. I hold many good memories of Mrs. Hundley. My thoughts and prayrs are with you all. ---George Teasdale

Our condolences to the entire family. "Auntie" Felisa never considered us friends of the family, but part of the family. She embraced my family with open arms. You will be missed dearly.

The Bullock family is going to miss Aunt Felisa. The times we had when we visit summers ago. We sit by her big window and watch the boats pass by with amazement because of the view. She would get up in the morning and check her e-mail then strike a cigarette. She would laugh at Breauna and Athena because they look like mom and dad and each had her own personality. She took us on a boat where we were able to see the different boats racing which was cool. The next day she would ask us "o.k what is on the agenda today?" what are you guys getting into today?"
Then she would tell us where to go and what to get into.
Mom, aunt Yvonne and Family. keep in mind that she is now playing for the Lord and singing in high praises. The angels were looking for another pianist and director!

My deepest sympathy to Hugh and Mike Fountain and the Hundley family. I remember your mom coming to the concerts at Roosevelt and just being there to encourage Hugh and his music. She sounded like a very special member of the community. My prayers are with you and your family.

Auntie (your official title),
I have too many memories and stories to share. I will miss cooking for you and I will miss all the things I learned from you. I am fortunate to have spent so much time. Your Prime Rib and Fried Corn are legendarya and your approval of everything I cooked especially my Bread Pudding were so important to me. Sunday Dinners are not the same. Figuring out who's doing the chitlins this year is one of many voids left by you. LOL! You are loved, appreciated and missed.

Auntie Felisa was not just an Aunt but a 2nd Mom to me and a 2nd Grandma to my children and Nana to my Grandchildren. She was so much fun and full of information. My children and I benefitted greatly from her presence and knowledge. I named my first daughter after her and she called her Jr., because she said if she called her little Felisa it would imply that she was big. "Jr" attended McClure with Aunitie and her older brother attended Mclure with Auntie too. We loved our Auntie and miss her a lot.

Mrs. Hundley was my choir teacher at McClure Junior High, but I felt that by the end of my time in her class, she was also a real friend. She set high expectations in her classroom and motivated me to meet them. Her musical talent was always evident, but she also showed a fantastic sense of humor, and a true heart for her students. One requirement in her class was to attend musical productions, and because of this, my life has been enriched by enjoyment of such things. I have thought of her often and very fondly over the past 44 years, and am grateful for her presence in my life. My prayers are with the family as they deal with the loss of her physical presence in their lives.

My husband and I both attended McClure Junior Highschool from 1971-1974,. We both remember Ms.Hundley very well. She was always popular with the kids, well respected. If you didn't respect her, you did by the time she let go of you after giving you her "Hundley Grip". She was a great teacher, in not just music but life lessons too. She had a very well lived life, and will always be remembered by many, many people.

My darling Aunt Felisa, I am lonely and sad because I will no longer be graced by your gentle smile and beautiful spirit. I rejoice because you are free from pain and suffering and reunited with your parents, brothers and husband. The tears I shed are for myself and for the children yet to be, who will never know your loving and teaching spirit, your love of music, that crazy laugh and hear you call to your sister, "Kat". There is an empty place within the family now that you have gone home. I know you and Granny are playing a duet for the angels as well as playing for the heavenly choir. To my cousins, my heart goes out to you even though I cannot be with you, I pray for you daily. May God keep and bless you during this difficult time. I love you all and miss Auntie. Your loving cousin/neice, Judith (Judy)

As my jr. high choir teacher, Felisa Hundley left a lasting impression upon me. Excellence, persistence, tenacity and passion for your endeavors. Her strength and clarity are with me to this day. I hope that she was celebrated during her life and knew what a beautiful, special person she was. I am so sorry for your loss, yet grateful that your lives were filled with this amazing woman.
