Florence Maria D'Ambrosio

Florence "Auntie Showie" passed away May 13, 2017. She was a graduate of Highline High school and Western Washington University. She was director of worldwide treasury for Panasonic Avionics Corporation. She is preceded in death by her father Joseph and sister-in-law Mary. Survived by her mother, Maria, sisters Luann (Rob) and Carol (John), brothers, Jerry (Mary Anne), Joe, John (Brendan) and Anthony. Nieces and nephews Tami, Derek (Angela), Jason (Kenzie), Jeff (Megan), Patrick (Kelly), Julia, Maria, Lukas, Regan, Dominick and 11 great nieces and nephews and four godchildren.

Rosary is Monday, May 29th at

Yarington's in White Center at 5pm

Funeral Mass at St Francis of Assisi in Burien, on Tuesday, May 30th at 10:30am.

Florence was the recipient of a kidney transplant donated by her brother-in-law John Nagle. Consider organ donation by registering with Dept. of Motor Vehicles. Donations to NW Hope and Healing.

Dear D'Ambrosio Family, I was saddened to hear about Flo and your family loss. Flo was a remarkable woman. She was a strong individual, admired and respected by many within the Panasonic Avionics family including customers. I will never forget her kind soul, gentle spirit and, caring nature. I have fond memories of her laughter and our many conversations that spanned topics. My deepest condolences to you all. Her light lives within me and I am so blessed and grateful to have known her.

Although we were not close, I was in the same work area as Flo at Panasonic and will never forget her infectious smile that would greet me every day as we passed one another.
