Nancy Smith Obituary

Nancy Jo SMITH Nancy Jo Smith, 70, died April 20, 2010 with her family by her side at her home in Federal Way, WA. In honor of her wishes, an 'Irish wake' will be held at Paddy Coyne's on Saturday, April 24th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Tacoma on 815 Pacific Avenue to celebrate her life. All friends and family are welcome. Nancy was born December 9, 1939, in Lewiston, Montana to Nathan and Ruby Smith. Nancy was the youngest of three children. She had a brother Larry and a sister, Maureen. They moved to Washington in 1941. She lived life to the fullest. Her interests included painting, sewing and singing. She enjoyed sharing life stories, having fun, and laughing. She will be missed greatly by her family and everyone who knew her. She was a wonderful sister, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her sister, Maureen Wilkinson, and her two daughters, Barbara Mitchell Briner and Beth Olson, and seven grandchildren, Chelsea, Lindsay, Shane, Brittney, Skye, Laura, and Drew.
