I remember Wally Barnett as a real 'fun' guy. He was in the Knight's of Columbus at the same time my dad, Hartzel Proffitt, was a member, and the family became great friends. So sorry to hear of his passing, but will be praying for him, and his family.

Wally and Jean (Clement) Barnett were my godparents. They used to come over every Christmas with a huge box of chocolates and a nice gift for me, like a doll. We used to go as a family to swim in their pool some summers. I remember Cheryl as very beautiful, a singer like Cher. I remember Diane and Frank and dinners at our house. Lizzy Rochon-Levesque
