Carl Armstrong Obituary

"Bill" Carl William Armstrong

Born October 3, 1948. Lost his battle with ALS Sunday, February 7, 2016. He was born in Newport, Rhode Island and raised in Port Orchard, Washington. He graduated from South Kitsap High School and attended Olympic College and the University of Washington. He is survived by his wife, Jan, and two sons, Nelson and Elliott, in Redmond and a brother, Mike, in Silverdale. He worked for Eddie Bauer, Seafirst Bank and he retired from Boeing. He enjoyed collecting horror novels, doing yard work, classic cars and woodworking.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:00 am at Timberlake Church, 4505 236th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98053. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the ALS Association, Evergreen Chapter,19226 66th Avenue S -

Oh, Cousin Bill, I will remember the times you came to Cape Cod and will be for ever grateful to you, Jan and Elliot for our visit to WA and joining in the family reunion! Great times I will cherish. Rest in peace and say hello to my Mom and Dad and the rest of our family in heaven!

To Jan and boys, I am so sorry for your huge loss!
