I remember you Mike, your mom and Coco. Do you remember me? Coincidence that I found this obit on your mom as I was looking for Bob Barbagelata's who just passed as well. Mike - it looks like you are married with two kids - congrats! Your mom was a kick and I remember passing by your stand 3 times every day (you did my wedding too) although this may not be the appropriate place to comment, I hope you don't mind - I just had to say hello and tell you how much I enjoyed speaking/seeing your mom (and Coco) every day.

Isabel was a wonderful lady who I was lucky to know all my life. My wife and all the relatives on this side of the tree, will miss her much.

I had the pleasure of working for Michael Daigian Design part time for over nice years. I always looked forward to seeing Izzy at her table, working on some arrangement or garland. She was always interetested in what was going on in the flower shop and around the globe. She taught me many cherished floral design tricks but most of all she taught me how to have a open and fresh look at life each and every day. Love to Izzy and her family. Mary Casserly Keil

I will always remember Isabel's wonderful sense of humor. She was a devoted volunteer at UCSF - as a little girl I used to buy my gardenias from her husband's flower stand downtown. My deepest sympathy to the family.
