Norma was married 63 years to the late Andrew Rasmussen. She was the loving mother of four: Rodger (deceased), Roy, Ray, and Robin, mother-in-law to Linda Rasmussen, and grandmother to Alysia Anderson, Nathan and Rachelle Rasmussen, and Andrea Garfel.
The only daughter of the late Captain George O. and Martha McGrath, Norma was born and raised in San Francisco, graduated from Mission High School, and worked at United Air Lines for 19 years, and 15 years at Prudential Realty in Walnut Creek.
At her wishes, there will be no service or memorial. Contributions may be made in Norma's memory to the Tony La Russa's Animal Rescue Foundation, in Walnut Creek.
