Cynthia Schuetz Obituary

Cynthia Marie Schuetz Cynthia Marie Schuetz, passed away peacefully October 24, 2010. Born April 11, 1953 on Camp Pendleton US Marine Corps Base, Cindy spent most of her life in Long Beach, CA. A loving daughter, sister, mother, mimi, and friend , Cindy filled her life with the people she cared for. She was a talented cook and brought an artistic flare to everything she touched. A devoted Raiders fan, her team will surely miss her. Her fun loving spirit and infectious laugh will remain in our memories and hearts forever. Cindy's passing is preceded by her father, William F. Schuetz Sr.; and is survived by her mother, Carol Thornton; stepfather, Timothy Thornton; sister, Susan Christensen; brother, Bill Schuetz; children, Jennifer Hellard and Jonathan Pilkington; son-in-law, William Hellard and grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Layla, and Slade (aka Monkey). Memorial services will be held Friday, October 29, 2010 at Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA at 9:00 am.

Cyndy was my roommate, my maid of honor and most of all a best friend. She was our family and it won't be the same without seeing her pop in to say Hi and tell us about all the crazy **** going on!!
