I met Karen in 1991 through Toastmasters and we became the best of friends over the years. She was so intelligent and creative. . . the times spent with her were always interesting and fun. She was generous and loyal to her family and friends . . . I cannot recall Karen ever gossiping or making harsh remarks about anyone. We would often meet up for a dinner out and that will be missed,

Karen and I worked together at Patton State Hospital. She and her husband, Pete, were good friends. Karen helped me on a number of ocassions with papers I needed to write. She will be missed. God's blessing to the family.
