Dad I still miss you more than ever. You had a great run, touched many people lives, and wish you could have had more time. We've taken your best parts and let them live thru us. Sorry, but we got overruled a few times which is typical Worley. Wherever you ended up, I'm sure there's humor all around you. HAHA

Never at a loss for a quick joke or a friendly word of advice. Growing up next door to Worley had its advantages as well as its disadvantages. He was like a father to me and looked up to him my whole life. As I got older, he got smarter and our friendship grew from there. He was a great mentor and an even better friend. I thank him for the hours spent talking and debating lifes questions. The disadvantages are obviouse, I couldnt get away with anything! Love you and will miss you old friend.

Worley Jones was my Vehicle Code instructor when I was in class 122 at Rio Hondo College. He was an amazing teacher, knew every code, and had a great sense of humor. I was just telling my husband two weeks ago about an instructor at the academy, Mr. Jones, had always told us that "unlawful" was the proper term to use, not "illegal"..."illegal is a sick bird!", he would exclaim. Too bad future classes will not benefit from his expert knowledge and wonderful humor!
