Michael Christel Obituary
Michael D. "Mike" Christel, 45, of rural Kiel died Friday, July 3, 2015 at his residence.
He was born June 2, 1970, son of Janet (Baird) Christel and the late Dennis Christel.
Mike attended Elkhart Lake High School.
He had been employed at Wisconsin Concrete for the past 25 years.
Mike was a hard worker who enjoyed riding and racing four wheelers and dirt bikes. He enjoyed his time on Little Elkhart Lake and taking his family to the beach. His greatest joy was the time he could spend with his three girls.
Survivors include his two daughters, Miranda & Mariah Christel, one granddaughter, Audrie, his mother, Janet Christel, his sister, Shelly (Jay) Schmitt, nephews; Brady & Bryce Schmitt. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends. Mike was preceded in death by his father; Dennis Christel.
Funeral services for Mike will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, July 10, 2015 at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, 815 6th St., Kiel with Deacon Pat Knier officiating.
Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
