Mrs. Bevill and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Delton has so many fun memories of working with Bruce at UOP, and also swapping rides with him back and forth to work. We will hold as a fond memory the last time we saw him riding his bike around town. May the Lord hold you close during this time.

I will always remember Mr. Bruce as being one of the friendliest people you would ever meet. He lived his life so others could see Christ in him. The family can take comfort in knowing without a doubt he is resting in Heaven and we will see him again. Praise God!

My heart goes out to Mrs. Bevill, Janet, Meagan, and Albert during this time. May they find comfort from the outpouring of support they will receive from all those who knew Bruce Bevill. He was a wonderful man and his courageous spirit will provide strength for all who knew him. May God Bless You.

We at Gateway Tire are very sorry for your loss. Mr. Bruce was a valued customer and a good friend.
Not many people would drive from Mooringsport to Mansfield Road to buy tires but Mr. Bruce did.

The Final Salute
“Brothers in Arms”, Military men and women down through the centuries, have traditionally exchanged “Hand Salutes” as a sign of recognition and as a way to render courtesy and respect one to another.
This “Hand Salute” is the last that we shall render to Bruce Bevill. our Brother in Arms. To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for BRUCE. And to BRUCE it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for the devoted and selfless service he rendered to his country during WW-II while serving in the U.S. Navy. BRUCE we bid you a sad farewell. You will be dearly missed from among our ranks. Be at Ease. Rest in Peace.
On behalf of the 1,452 members of Lowe-McFarlane Post 14 of the American Legion, I extend our sympathies and our condolences to BRUCE’s family and loved ones.
