HANNAH KWANT Obituary
She was treasured by her parents, Rick and Sandra Kwant; her siblings, Martin, Sam, Cassie, Heidi, Valerie, Nathan, Terri Lynn; her grandparents, Roger and Jessie DeJager Gertie Kwant. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Martin Kwant.
For such a short life she had an impact on many people
Memorial services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Faith Community Fellowship 1427 Monte Vista Dr. Mount Vernon, Washington
Private interment will be held at the Fir-Conway Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Pregnancy Choices.
Arrangements under the direction of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.

I am so sorry for your families loss I remember when my sister died the day of the funneral was so hard and remember reading Ecclesiastes 3 and writting it in my journal. I'm praying for you all and God will comfort you in this time of pain.

Rick, Sandi, Martin, Sam, Cassie, Heidi, Valerie, Nathan and Terri Lynn, although we never met little Hannah Grace, we know she was a very Special Angel sent from Heaven to a very Special Family. Hannah Grace, a tiny bit of Heaven right here in Skagit Valley; at the Kwant family home for a two month visit! We feel honored to have known her, held her, and loved her preciousness. Thank you, Hannah, for all the joy you gave to all who were blessed to meet you.
