Bette LeMarr Obituary

Bette Jane LeMarr Feb. 4, 1924 - Nov. 10, 2015 SOUTH BEND - Born Feb. 4, 1924 in South Bend, IN to Harry C. and Oro Barber, she passed November 10, 2015 at the age of 91 and is survived by her son, Scott C LeMarr and his wife, Michele of Muskego, WI; grandchildren, Adam S. LeMarr of Muskego WI, Michael McFann and his wife, Kristin of Hunker, PA, and Kristen and husband, Vince Kornacki of Plains-ville, IL; step-granddaughters, Katie Sutton, and Brittany & husband, Lee Schwarten; and great-grandchildren, Zack Meier, Abbi, Brayden and Jaxson McFann, Brendan, Trevor & Gryffen Kornacki, Jonathan (Sutton) Krabbenhoft, Ethan Schwarten, and soon-to-be Baby Girl LeMarr, scheduled for 12/2/2015. She is also survived by nieces, Judy Fiedler Snyder of Warrington, PA, and Patricia Barber Stauffer of Miamisburg, MI; and nephews, Terry D. Fiedler of Durango, CO, and Keith C. Barber of Whiteland, IN. As a lifetime resident of South Bend, IN, Bette had her own music studio, taught voice and piano, directed the James Monroe School Mothers' Chorus, and several Methodist Church choirs. Bette was also employed by Cressy & Everett for 25 years. Bette moved to Muskego, WI, in 2008 to be closer to her son and grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed. There will be no services. Burial took place at Southlawn Cemetery on Saturday, 11/21/15, per her request.
