BALTHASAR, Norman John Was called into eternal life on Friday, Oct. 21, 2011 at the age of 65. Resident of Indian Shores, and Whitefish Bay, WI. Norm was born March 18, 1946, in New Haven, CT. He lived in the Tampa, area from 1972-1991, when he and his family moved to Milwaukee, WI. He retired from Fiserv, Inc., after 34 years, as the company's COO in 2008. Norm was a faithful member of the Catholic Church. Norm was the son of the late Clarence and Yvette Balthasar, and brother to Noel Balthasar. Norm is survived by his wife of 39 years, Susan; his children, Matthew (Kelly Gavin), Mary (Andrew Pape), Amy (Christopher Tolbert), and Emily (George Fisher), and granddaughters, Carrington and Keegan. Norm loved spending time with his family, watching Notre Dame football, and using his knowledge to promote growth and progress within his communities. Visitation will be held at the Feerick Funeral Home, 2025 E. Capitol Dr. Shorewood, WI 53211 on Tuesday, Oct. 25, from 4-7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Robert Catholic Church, 2224 E. Capitol Dr., Shorewood, on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 11:30 am, Rev. Gregg Tottle, Norm's brother-in-law, will officiate. The Balthasar family requests donations be made in Norm's memory to Pius XI High School, 135 North 76h St., Milwaukee, WI, 53213 (414) 270-9000.
