Surviving Toshi is her sister, Nobuko Hirayama of Tokoyo, Japan and her nephew, Shinji Kikuchi of Tokoyo, Japan.
Graveside services will be held Friday, October 1, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the First Century Baptist Church Cemetery, 19111 Batna Road, Culpeper, Va. Online condolences may be offered by visiting
