Salem - "Farmer" Phil Goulet of Salem, Oregon passed away June 19th in Redmond, Oregon while attending a horse show. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Celebration of Life on June 26, 1:30pm. Hitch in' Post, Salem. Please donate to Shriners Children's Hospital in leiu of flowers.

I first met Phil back in 1969 while racing at the old Salem Speedway. Then later with the American Legion. We continued our friendship all these years. Mostly meeting with him at The Hitching Post. I will always remember him as a good friend. Hope to see you David at the memorial. Sorry for your loss.
