Patrick, family and friends -
I can't be at the service today, but I wrote a simple song/poem for my dear friend of almost 45 years :
"Gratitude for you -
And the life you shared with me -
Though you've gone away -
In my heart you'll always stay."

I had the pleasure of working with Patrick as a real estate title officer. He was always such a positive upbeat person. One of my all time favorites! He will be greatly missed.

My sympathy and love to you, his family. Memorie: when our Spanish teacher was recuperating after an accident, he and your mother took care of her for a good long while. I knew they were caring souls, but this took the idea to an extraordinary level. Thanks to Patrick, we have beautiful photos of sister Sam's wedding. He also recommended me for a job as a Spanish speaking voice over for a commercial for a men's clothing store. It was a fun experience. So sorry for your loss.

I was looking for a house when a co-worker suggested I contact Patrick. He had been helping me since November and when I came into work Monday morning and she told me, I was in shock. I still am. Patrick was a kind and gentle soul and you liked him right off the bat. A straight-shooter who was steering me toward houses I would want and away from ones he thought were a waste of time. Now I'm back to Square-One on the house hunt but I am a better person for having met him for even so brief a moment.

Heaven has gained a true angel. Thanks for blessing my life with your wisdom and smile. I think of you every day now and still can't believe you are gone.
