I SIT HERE TODAY THINKING ABOUT MY COUSIN/BIG SISTER ANTOINETTE. I TRULY MISS YOU AND WILL FOREVER CHERISH THE MEMORIES OF US. ITS HARD BUT I'M LEANING ON OUR FATHER FOR STRENGTH BC HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN HELP. I THINK BACK TO THE CHILDHOOD DAYS AND THEN ON TO SCHOOL TOGTHER. Kristie and Loved Ones,
It is now January 2010, and months have passed since we lost Antoinette. I still think of Antoinette daily, and how this must make all of you ache. I miss her so. I think of her laugh, her intelligence, her quick wit, her deep love for her children. We shared a 4 pm joke every day, and I still hear her musical laugh at 4 each day. We are all better people for having had her with us. Let us be sure that her children know how special their mother was, and how they were loved by her. I keep you all in my thoughts. And I hold Antoinette still in my heart.

Please don't say that I gave up, just say that I gave in. Please don't say how good I was but I did my best.Just say I tried to do what was right to give the most I could, not do no less. Please don't give me wings or halos, that's for God to do. I want no more than I deserve, no extras just my due. Please don't give flowers or talk in a harsh tone. Don't be concerned about me now, I'm well with God. I've made it home. Don't talk about what could have been. it's over and it's done. Just say to my family the battle has been fought and won. Don't just remember good times but remember some bad, for life is full of many things. Some happy and some sad. But if you must do something, then I have one request, forgive me for the wrongs I've done with the Love that's left. Thank God for my soul is resting. Thank God for all who loved me. To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.

That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,

But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.

The world has lost a Mother, a Daughter, a Sister, a Friend...But, Heaven has gained an ANGEL!
It doesn't make the pain any easier during this time of loss but just know that Antoinette will continue to live through her family, children, friends, and anyone that was blessed to have known her for she touched their lives in some way. The Lord has called her Home but she will remain forever in our hearts.
